Some minor issues:

1. The preconfigured shortcuts are working only with english OS version. You should better let the CAB file create these shortcuts.
2. It's a little bit irritating that you have to click on the red X to close the big help window. Maybe because it looks like a normal window with a blue background. If you click on OK you are closing the program completely.
Maybe you should better make it like the about window.
3. For the examples in the help file you better should use something like:
capsure.exe quick
4. The "Silent" chapter in the help file contains some typos:
"The silen command..."
"If silen is used..."
