How to get cer from OPDA: New Method

System Operator Certificate Ways (The steps of certificate application):

Registration:

Detailed Guide On How To Get Your Own Certificate From OPDA from nice_guy75 with X-Factor

DO NOT RIP THIS GUIDE AND PASTE IT TO OTHER FORUMS WITHOUT GIVING CREDIT TO US.

1. Registration

Go to this page :

Link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Fill in the fields as instructed in the image below.

• Field 1 : Input the correct answer to the mathematical question given above.
• Field 2 : Type in your desired username.
• Field 3 : Type in your password.
• Field 4 : Retype your password.
• Field 5 : Enter your hotmail email address.
• Click 'Submit' after filling all the fields.

If your registration has been successful then you will be taken to a page similar to the one in the above image and your ID will be visible on the top in place of the "Register" button. If not then go back and try again.

Now go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

1: After landing the top right, ** the "facilities" "certificate system."

2: In the "Certificate Application" which followed in the "serial number" and "Mobile number" to fill in your information.Point "submit."
"Mobile number" here must be filled to 13, 15 or 18 at the beginning, and the figures are 11.Members can register for each ordinary free one time, VIP, compared with 5 times.After more than you need to apply for a deduction the cost of 1 opb, download free of charge. Convenience Members genuinely friends.

It has nothing to do with your ph number. Cer is IMEI specific.
