im agree with this stat!!...and i dont think that we can make it easy to hack a target phones...sorry for my bad english

it's fake. i mean it is a bluetooth "hack" program. but you need to be authorised on the other phone.

and it is no special "elite law enforcement agency" program, it's just "BT Info". Just google it.

edit: i attached a screenshot from the instruction pdf. on the left side you can see, that you need to authorise your phone on the target phone.
so it is complete bullshit, like all bluetooth hack programs, as it's not possible to make a connection without the authorisation of the other phone.
