can't update music library of n96

Download can't update music library of n96 from Help Section. somebody please help me... I cant update my music library of my n96. It happen when i transfer all my music in a memory card when i open my built-in ...

Default can't update music library of n96
somebody please help me... I cant update my music library of my n96. It happen when i transfer all my music in a memory card when i open my built-in player i cant detect any music. Thats why i use other 3rd party music player. Now i also have problem with Lcg jukebox i cant install update ver when i return to the older ver it crash.i want to fix this i cant listen now to any music
Somebody please help me!
No i am begging to all of guys and hacker around here

You need to hard format your phone. That'll solve it IMO.
To be safe, first format your memory card. Then copy your Contacts and Messages in Card.
Remove the card and press *#7370#. You'll be asked for the security code. Enter it and the phone will restart.

Insert the memory card again and transfer your music file into it once again.

HEY WHAT YOU DID BY 7370.IT IS NOT FORMATING YOUR PHONE MEMORY BUT RESSETING THE PHONE MEMORY.do this

Switch off your phone first,then press *3 and call button at the same time.switch on your phone while holding the three buttons.dont leave the buttons untill it comes the country selection.
Now you can leave the buttons after counry selection.

THAT IS GONNA WORK.
