install 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup to Windows Mobile Phone
Step 1: Download the 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]:
Step 2: Unzip the file you downloaded just now, and copy the installation file " 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup.CAB" to your mobile device. You may
need to connect your device to a host computer using ActiveSync. You can also transfer the file using a memory card.
Step 3: On your device, navigate to the location of the CAB file using File Explorer. Click on the CAB file and click "Install" to begin the installation.
Step 4: As the screenshot below, the installation completes. Select "OK" to continue

How to backup contacts from windows mobile to computer?
Step 1: Click "start" and then select programs. You will see the follow screen:

Step 2: Run " 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup". You will see the follow screenshot:

Step 3: Click “Contacts Backup” button, and then you will see the follow screenshot:

Now you will want to input a backup file name, select folder, choose a backup file type(txt file or cbf file) and select a save location.
Step 4: Then click ‘Save’ to start backup

Step 5: After backup completes, you can see the backup file on your phone and transfer it to your computer easily by ActiveSync.
