"Required application access not granted" plz help...

HI all.I am having a wired problem so plz if u can help.

I have a NOKIA N82 and NOKIA N73ME.N82 has got firmware v.31.0.16 so I requested the certificate and key file to sign applications and got signsis-gui software (all from this very site ),hence making software self-singing.After a *#7380# format to my N82,I started installing all my softwares again.All applications installed well.Basic Office is already installed,but even after self-signing this one

"QuickOffice.Premier.Upgrade.v6.1.94.S60v3.Symbian OS9.1.Unsigned.Cracked.Read.NFO-CODePDA"

the upgrade is not installing in N82. It says Required application access not granted. I tried it on my N73ME ,it is working there.I can edit documents in N73ME.

SO plz help me if u guys solved this type of problem.THANKS.

I am afraid, that is the problem of new FW... I have a same problem.. A friend, who has the same cell phone as me, has a older FW, and it's working with secman well... I have newest FW, and it's very bad...
