5800 (noob) questions.

I just got a 5800 XM (8GB) and I have a few questions in mind..

currently it says under Settings > Phone > Phone Management > Device Updates

•Software Version: V11.0.008 <-- Outdated..
•Type: RM-356

Now here's my questions:

Whats the latest Update I can get for my 5800 XM?
Can I? Is it Possible to update my 5800 XM to the latest firmware without using WiFi? Yes -- How? What are the applications I would need to do so?
What is OTA? FOTA?

I'm from the Philippines =) would that interfere with the updating etc?

and also install NSU
Nokia Software Update

after installing both connect your mobile to your computer
currently firmware is v31
and it is also hackable

how to hach the nokia 5800 xpress music. i cant install most of the applications it is showing certificate error while installing please help in solving this problem
